Pricing may be lower for seasonal promotions or higher summer/holidays demand along with platform booked through.
Nonrefundable Fees include:
- Application fee of $35.00 to run background and credit checks
(Travel Nurses may bypass with assignment paperwork due to the extensive screening process of the hospital and agency.)
- Cleaning fee of $125.00 (Cleaner only cleans at check-out not during your stay)
- Pet fee $150 (if applicable)

Pet Policy*
- One(1) house trained dog is allowed in unit.
- 35 lbs pet weight limit
- Breed restrictions: Akita, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bull Dog, Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shephard, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, And any mixed breed dog w/ identifiable characteristics specific to one of these breed.
- If known history of chewing furniture, walls, etc., then that pet(s) not permitted.

- Pet is not allowed on/in beds.
- When left alone in unit, please crate. If no crate, shut all bedroom and bathroom doors.
- Please clean up after your pet when outdoors.
- Dispose of any pet waste in the Unit's designated Waste Bin labeled #2 outside.
