MODERN AND DIGITAL RESIDENT PORTAL
The property management platform we use is called Innago. This is where you will pay rent, submit maintenance request, and communicate with us.

RESIDENT APPRECIATION PROGRAM
As a resident of Magnolia Tree Apartments you are automatically a member of our Resident Appreciation program. It doesn’t cost you anything and you get perks by being a part of it.
The benefits of the program is that it can lead to lower rental amount increases on renewals, property upgrades, event space offers, and more.
Each year, starting in your first year as a resident, you gain points by:
- Paying early for a minimum of six (9) consecutive months
- Paying on time for a minimum of six (9) consecutive months
- Not having any noise complaints or lease violations for a minimum of nine (9) consecutive months
- Passed periodic apartment inspections
- Responds to staff requests to update and confirm certain information from time to time
You are officially a part of the program after living in the rental property for a minimum of twelve (12) consecutive months.

Up first is the Amenities & Features. Magnolia Tree Apartments we've renovated the property so that it is has a lot of the modern resort style features you see in apartment complexes while still maintaining its farmhouse charm.
We highly encourage you to take advantage of all the Property Amenities available like:
NEIGHBORHOOD
Magnolia Tree Apartments is in Chesapeake on the border of South Norfolk. This area has undergone some major transformation such as the Poindexter Corridor Development and other development projects making it an up and coming area.
The great thing about Magnolia Tree Apartments is that everything is 10 minutes away or less. You can easily get to downtown Norfolk, Greenbrier Mall, the cool Summit Pointe Center, and so much more.
The property's prime location has so many neighborhood amenities:
PARKING SPACES
Every resident is assigned one (1) complimentary parking space; with the exception of The Steel Magnolia apartment since it is a 3 bedroom attached home apartment.
At the time of move-in, you will receive a parking pass to display in the front of your vehicle. This pass is signed and stamped by the office so duplication is prohibited.
For guest staying longer than 30 minutes, please complete the Guest Pass Request to get a temporary guest pass.
If you need additional parking space more permanently for additional vehicles you own or for a roommate who is on the lease, please complete the Additional Parking Request.
EVENT SPACE
One of the coolest amenities at Magnolia Tree Apartments in Chesapeake is the river creek Waterfront and lush terrace. From the southern style porch to the fire pit, residents get to enjoy this area anytime (being mindful of Quiet Hours ).
Let's say you want to rent out the terrace for a private event. You are more than welcome to do so. Simply check the calendar to see if that date is already reserved and if it is not complete the Event Space Request.
