- All units get one (1) complimentary assigned parking space pass for one (1) four wheel vehicle or (1) motorcycle.
- The Steel Magnolia Apartment Unit 1 gets two (2) complimentary assigned parking spaces.
- Additional parking space(s) can be purchased for $25/per additional space/per month
