Below are our pet guidelines and here is the Animal Addendum that is in our lease agreement.

Weigh Restriction
- Max weight 80 lbs each
- Upper Floors: 35 lbs weight limit per pet
- Ground Floors: Up to 80lbs
Pet Fees
+ One-Time (Nonrefundable) - One Pet: $350.00
- Two Pets: $450.00
+ Recurring (Nonrefundable):
-$35/per pet/month
Pet(s) Requirements:
Owner understands that failure to meet these requirements and those outlined in the Animal addendum of the lease agreement is a lease violation
Over the age of six (6) months.
Fully vaccinated
Trained
Quiet
House broken
Owner must pick up pet waste immediately after pet relieves itself.
We do not have waste station. Absolutely no pet waste can be left on the property grounds so use trash bin.
Recommendation (not requirement): Up to date license and license number per City of Chesapeake.

American Staffordshire Bull Terrier

Alaskan Malamute
Belgian Malinois
Chow Chow
Doberman Pinscher
German Shephard

And any mixed breed dog w/ identifiable characteristics specific to one of these breed
