Reservation Timeline

APPLY

Submit an application online here with the nonrefundable application fee of up to $35. The application fee goes toward background check, credit check, criminal history, and other tenant screening. 

All of our apartments are first come first serve. Submitting an application does not guarantee you've secured an apartment.

RESERVE

If your application is approved, the next step is to pay the required  Reservation Fee, of $300, and sign the reservation fee form within 24 hours of approval. The Reservation Fee is required to take the property off the market. This will later be applied to your first month's rent at lease signing. 

If you do not pay the reservation fee within 24 hours of the time we sent you the approval email we will move forward to the next qualified applicant. If that applicant pays the reservation fee before you then that applicant will get the apartment.

VIRTUAL OR IN-PERSON TOUR

This is your opportunity to either walk through the property in-person or do a virtual walk through of the completed property with us here. Perspective residents are not allowed to sign the lease sight unseen. A perspective resident must complete a virtual or in-person tour of the completed apartment before lease signing to ensure your satisfaction with the apartment. 

After you tour the property you have 24-hours to decide, through email, if you still want to move into the property: 

Within 24 Hours:

 - If you want to move into the property, we will proceed to lease signing and the applying your reservation fee to your security deposit or first month's rent at lease signing. 

  - If you do not want want to move into the property, we will refund the Reservation Fee. 

After 24 Hours:

If you do not email us your decision within 24-hours, but do not want to move in, we will not refund the Reservation Fee and will allow the next qualified applicant to submit.

If you do not email us your decision within 24-hours, we will proceed to send you the lease for signing.

LEASING SIGNING

Once you've decided to secure the property the next step is the leasing process. 

We will send you a confirmation email with the steps to sign the lease, provide proof of Utilities in your name, acknowledge city utilities billing, proof of insurance, pay your security deposit and 1st month's rent (or the prorated amount based on date your tenancy begins).
